        This hotel is newly renovated and the hotel staff does its best to make your stay great. We had a great time, but we paid almost 1100 euros for 4 nights (this was during the new year) and expected a bit better for the price. I would like to point out some of the things/issues hoping that this would help the staff to improve the hotel. The pluses + nice lobby with table tennis, foosball, swings, and kids area. + filtered water provided on each floor. + very courteous staff. We asked for hangars and a chair and we got them (see points below) +secure baggage area. + there is a Taxi stand close by and cost is 50 euros to the airport The minuses -No table -No chair -4 hangars. -The restaurant is poorly integrated with the hotel. There is no menu in the room and no way to call the restaurant for room service. Also see point below -Room has a telephone but no info on what number to dial to get to the reception or anything else. We finally got that 9 dials to the reception. -No coffee machine or water heater — apparently this is a safety concern in Italy. To get water you need to pay at the restaurant. -No microwave to heat food anywhere. -Leaking wall (see photo). We had an end unit and one of the walls was leaking water when it rained -there was a loud rumbling sound from he ceiling one night. We believe it was a washer/dryer, luckily it stopped after 30 min. -No food close by but there is a restaurant in the hotel. Surprisingly the restaurant is reasonably priced which is a good. -The hotel is about 25 min walking from Cornelia station. There is a bus stop about 10 min away. Bus 246 takes you to Cornelia station. But the bus is often delayed and does not stop if it is too crowded.

        Out of 7 hotels we stayed during our recent Europe tour, unfortunately, this was the worst room as far as our needs are concerned. Absolutely basic rooms with no frills. We were disappointed. For a family on 15+ days vacation, these rooms are very congested and uncomfortable. Just one bench besides the bed is not sufficient! :) You need to provide more.

        Hot water is stable, air con works well, wifi is fast and free water. Everything went superb except for one. The distance between Cornelia metro and the hotel is too far to walk but too near to drive. So it's really hard to get a taxi who wants to send us there from Cornelia station.

        The hotel design is bright and fun. The staff is helpful and friendly - they helped me to book taxi for airport transfer. The room is clean and I appreciate free water refill at every floor. The location is 1.5km away from the nearest metro station, Cornelia. I suggest to rent a Lime scooter if you're planning to travel around Rome city centre. One-way using Lime scooter will take about maximum 15 mins from metro station to Ibis hotel. Best to get Lime ride passes for best value.

        Rooms were poorly equipted (no chair, table and closet), food options are always the same, but food itself was tasty, sadly no juice- only artificial drinks. Coffee machine was borken on first day. Too for from city centre. For a price like this you can find better options closer to city centre. The staff was friendly 2/5
