        I had a recently refurbished room on the top floor. It was pretty decent. Bathroom good, shower roomy. Room was a decent size; bed quite comfortable; quiet room. Room service available. Note, refurbishment appeared to be ongoing when I stayed, early Dec 2023. Looking cation good, about 10 minutes walk from Central.

        The rooms are as expected the cabinets are very loud when you shut them and sometimes you can hear the other room and people in the hallway. But overall it was nice. However, I thought it was very strange the staff didn’t help with our big luggages when we stored them before checking in and after check out. just pointed to the space and weren’t very friendly with it. The location-wise its close to hyde park and a lot of good brunch cafes.

        Great location, very central and easy to walk to most places, or to public transport. We booked a balcony room and I was pleasantly surprised by how large the balcony was. Housekeeping were the right amount of attentive when they serviced our room, which I appreciated, although one time they only restocked one towel instead of two when there was two of us in the room. There was construction going on during our stay, but we were informed prior and during our stay there. The only downside was that we were only informed which areas would be closed only once we had arrived, it would have been great to know beforehand (eg the gym was closed and I would have liked to use, but didn't take away from the experience). I didn't hear any noise from the construction, even though we were on the second floor, so I forgot it was happening, which was a bonus. But overall, very happy with the experience and I would definitely stay again

        Great place to stay. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Pretty easy to get around to most areas. Beds were clean and comfy and rooms were generous in size with a bit if a view. Had a nice stay and would recommend as a well economical priced place to stay

        This accommodation is close to public transportation and centrally located. Great if you're traveling solo and worked well for me. The staff was kind and helpful and my room and hallway kept clean. I was comfortable during my stay.
