I had a fantastic experience at ibis Styles Hotel. The family room exceeded expectations, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast met my satisfaction, providing a good variety. One notable highlight was the thoughtful gesture when we had placed an order for laundry for kids dress, and the reply with the cleaned laundry was as shown in the picture, a generous touch that demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. They have a small kids toy play area which my kids loved. Overall, a highly enjoyable stay with excellent service.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were all extremely helpful and polite. We received a great welcome at check-in, and everything was very ease. It's a nice hotel, well located near restaurants, bars, and the main square. The decor is cool and the rooms have everything you need. The rooftop bar is also a big plus. Overall, I would recommend..

Great location, just in the center of Tbilisi. The room that we booked which is a suite, is in the highest floor and has balcony. It's is very brightly colored but it's a bit small. Breakfast has lots of varieties and superb. Unfortunately there are downsides. The staffs especially at the reception were not really very welcoming and not approachable, they just waited for my husband to get their attention. they don't even have a luggage assistance! We’ve been in many different hotels and this is the first one that doesn’t help you with your stuff. No one helped us with the luggages, we are a family of four with 2 kids, so we brought a lot of stuff for our 10day trip in Georgia. the big guy near the reception just looked at us instead of helping. thats why instead of staying there for 3 nights, we only stayed for a night because the staffs were really a turn off. They don't smile, some of them even look annoyed, I don't know if it's because we are asians? but nonetheless, customers are customers and we pay for your hotel and your services.

Incredible stay at this hotel in Tbilisi! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff. The room is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to access Tbilisi's attractions and restaurants. The Rum Roof Kitchen Bar is exceptional, and I particularly enjoyed the cuisine they offered. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay and providing helpful recommendations. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this establishment offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality that will make your stay truly unforgettable.

We enjoyed staying for 5 nights in this hotel. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. All staffs are polite and accomodating. The breakfast is nice, since I love the unlimited pork bacon, but, aside from that they have salad, different cheeses, breads and pancakes, and more. It was a good experience in Ibis Style!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
