Tucked away a few blocks from the main action. A good balance between western and Japanese room styles. ( micro room, big bath, western beds, no closet but yes a fridge. Customer service friendly and efficient. Great attention to detail. Only breakfast available, which seemed a little pricey compared to local options. If for some reason you are unable to go out, that's going to be a problem. I'd definitely stay again, just be aware of facilities. Definitely value for $.

A little bit slow check-in due to long line with only one staff on the front desk. Good english language spoken by front desk staffs. It'd be better if welcome drink was something that was made fresh (ex. Juice) rather than ready-prepared over the counter drinks. Aside those two things, everything was good. Spacious bathroom and clean bedroom. Love the open-air bath, it's small if you compared it with other hotel but great because almost nobody using it while I used it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the stay

We stayed here twice in the last week for 4 nights. The check in process is quite slow because there is only one line. The rooms we booked were big enough ( you can put suitcases under the bed, but we only bought hand carry bags to Japan). Beds were firm but comfortable. I got my own pillow because the ones supplied didn’t suit me. It was nice to have access to a spa after along day’s walk. Because it does take a long time to get anywhere- about 10 minutes walk to a subway PLUS 1-2 flights of stairs.

Our experience at this hotel was the worst during our two-week trip to Japan. It did not offer value for money, considering I could have stayed at any Japanese-owned hotel for a similar price and received much better service and facilities. Location is not the best to get to Tokyo station. As an Accor Gold member, this was my first time booking and staying at an Ibis Style hotel. The hotel was much compact than anticipated, and the check-in process was crowded with numerous suitcases lined up. Despite a few months ahead booking two rooms and requesting to be on the same floor, we were offered rooms on different floors due to availability caused very inconvenience to visit each other as the lift required swapping room key and locked at the dedicated floor. During our stay, it rained, and the hotel lacked a sufficient supply of umbrellas. The umbrella stands had limited availability, which was disappointing because they didn’t have additional umbrellas as backups. The public bathrooms, changing room floors were consistently wet, and the shower room was not clean. It was disappointing to see that many visitors did not dry themselves before entering these areas, leaving them messy, lacking consideration and manners. The room itself wasn’t adequately clean. The provided pajamas caused itching for my family and me throughout the night. Additionally, the pillows were very cheap quality, making it even more difficult to have a restful night’s sleep. The next day, we requested room make up, but unfortunately, the room was not improved. During check-out, when we informed the receptionist of our experience, her response lacked sincerity, merely stating they would ‘do better next time.’ It seemed like this might be a norm for them. I would not recommend this hotel.

Love that the location is easy to find… 2 convenient stores you can find while on your way to Ibis… quiet neigborhood too! The room and hallways smells so good! Always clean! And spacious too!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
