Complication with reservation but Dimi was excellent. He followed it all through, upgraded our room and allowed us into the room hours prior to check in. Just over the pedestrian bridge at Darling Harbour. Adequate rooms for a short stay. A little aged but clean. Bar area and coffee shop great also.

Rooms are comfortable but small, no outlets next to the bed, very uncomfortable bathroom. Breakfast is great but they don't serve lunch, and dinner only on some days. Location is great for convention center, and close to harbour and transportation.

Location was superb . The harbour views were charming. Rooms so so . Bit worn out carpet. Toiletry hopeless. HAIR?BODY?HAND wash just in one -not good for skin. No moisturises. Although they did arrange one for me on request from the nearest hotel. I think good toiletry items need to be best for visitors. That's less weight to carry from home. All hotels provide these amenities. The staff was very helpful and sweet though.

The staff from reception through to the dining and bar experience were all genuinely 10/10. Extremely friendly and very attentive. The bar and food was great value. The room had an amazing view of the sydney skyline from darling harbour as a great bonus.

Check in was quick. Room was very comfortable, linen good, good view over Darling Harbour. Shame the access to the bridge on the eastern side is no longer available due to building works in front. Easy access with public transport. Tram stop just underneath it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
