I recently stayed at the Ibis World Trade Center Hotel in Dubai, and overall, it was a satisfactory experience. Good location near the metro and helpful staff. Horrible showers with no doors though. The morning buffet, managed by Simran and her colleagues, stood out for its excellent service and variety of options. Their dedication and hospitality added a positive touch to my stay, making breakfast a delightful part of the overall experience.

I visited Ibis World Trade Centre today. Alex Security at the Front desk was amazing , forthright and very professional in his approach to assisting ALL hotel guests including myself. Ibis Hotel Management: I very Strongly Recommend that you promote this man to concierge and he will even do much better. I find him a highly intelligent and very pleasant person, interested in assisting people. At the Restaurant, Ms Melody was doing a superb job 👏. Always nice smile to clients, forthright and highly skilled professional. Perhaps it's time that you reward her accordingly as per Ibis standard operating procedures. Overall Ibis has completely transformed into a world class leading hotel from what it used to be when i arrived in Dubai world trade centre in 2017 during the ATM conference . Congratulations Team Ibis hotel keep going!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding. From the lobby to the room, everything was well-maintained and spotless. The rooms at Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai were cozy and comfortable. The housekeeping staff of 1507 room deserves special appreciation for their attention to detail, ensuring that the room were always clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The hotel's service was exceptional. The staff members were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, adding to a hassle-free stay. One of the highlights of staying at Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai was its convenient location. Situated near the popular business and entertainment districts, it offers easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Ibis World Trade Centre Dubai. The combination of clean room, excellent service, and convenient location made my stay enjoyable and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

Highly recommended!! I recently stayed at the Ibis World Trade and had a very pleasant experience. The location was great, the rooms were clean and tidy, the breakfast was fabulous, and the staff was very professional. I would like to give a special shout out to "Simran", who worked in the breakfast area - Every morning, she was very friendly and attentive. When I asked if they had any hummus, she said it wasn't available. However, the following day, she made some and personally delivered it to me. A big thank you to her and the entire team!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
