Check-in was really quick and staff were friendly. Location great as the bus station is a minute walk away and only a 4min bus ride to the train station. Met the most lovely lady Adriana at the bar/reception. She was very helpful and lovely and provided great service. Made us feel welcome with her warm friendly smile and great personality. Lovely staff. Excellent service. Very convenient location.

I have been roaming through Europe the last couple of days and staying in multiple hotels in Spain, Paris, Bordeaux, and Zürich; and by far this Ibis hotel is the best place to stay. It has a staff that is willing to help all the time, they have good food, rooms accessible and clean. I will book this one more time on my next visit.

We had to stay there because out airplane was cancelled and the agency brought everyone there. First minus point: room was really small, dark, old and it had a weird smell Second minus point: staff was annoyed when we arrived? I don't know why.. Third minus point: the dinner that was included was the worst I have had in my life in a hotel.. and the choice was really limited so I decided to go outside and eat somewhere else I also wanted also to take a coffee from the coffee machine that was there but the staff stoped me and said it's only for breakfast... Only plus point: bed was comfortable:) But anyway I don't recommend staying there

Expected level of comfort and service from this chain. The stuff is friendly and easygoing. The room is very well isolated from any noise, so I had a good sleep. The restaurant at the reception is open till 22:00 and offers good selection of food and drinks. The location is a bit off and it takes around 15-20 min walk from Oerlikon train station. There is a large parking area by the hotel. It was a bit chilly in the room with max 19’C and there was a long black hair nicely put on the bedside table… Suitable for short stays.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The service and rooms were impeccable, and I was really impressed by their commitment to sustainability, which is not seen enough in other places. The restaurant and service were really good as well, especially Adriana which was very helpful and lovely! I would definitely come back!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
