We loved our stay here. We had the extra large room and it was fantastic, reallt roomy, modern and the bathroom was great. The two best things about this hotel were the staff and the breakfast. I spent a fair amount of time in the lovely lobby because I'm an early riser and they were always so kind, chatty and fun as well as being super accommodating. Ida particularly was so helpful and always had a great positive way about her! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cosy hotel that is central and accommodating.

Really enjoyed our stay! The service was top notch. Loved the breakfast most of all. Delicious fresh food, cozy ambiance, nice service. The lobby had a very comfortable worn in feel. We sat and read books there in the dark evening hours. Great location. Easy metro connection to airport. Nearby food market has great dining options. We'll be back!

Great location central to so many spots in Copenhagen! Staff were lovely, rooms were great and offered a clean and comfy place to return to after a day exploring. They were flexible and allowed early check in when we arrived sooner than expected, which was much appreciated. Not to mention wonderful price for how central it is! Would definitely recommend.

Nice location close to the center and a nice lake very close to the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast experience is really special where you can try making your own waffles, large choice of food, etc. The rooms are clean but really small. I really struggled with their pillows though, not comfortable.

Good location with lots of amenities around. Metro station, train station, and bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk. Rooms are very small, and the bathrooms very small. Both clean. Noisy area and rooms don't block the sound. Bed isn't great, pillows are terrible!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
