I consistently choose to stay at this hotel when I have errands in Bang Khae. Overall, everything is fine, but my last stay was unexpectedly disappointing. Upon entering the restroom, I discovered urine stains on the toilet, and the nearly depleted paper towel had not been replaced. This was more than unpleasant; it was downright disgusting. When I went outside and hung the "Please Do Not Disturb" sign, I found no new paper towels, bottles of water, or a trash bag in front of my door. I'm unsure whether their policies have changed, as I used to receive these amenities before my last stay. Additionally, there was a day when I didn't hang the "Please Do Not Disturb" sign and was taking a nap in my room. A maid knocked on my door, and when I didn't respond, I thought I heard the sound of the door unlocking, which startled me. I had to answer her to let her know I was in the room. It made me ponder the situation: what if, at that time, I wasn't in the room and hadn't hung the "Please Do Not Disturb" sign? The purpose of this review is not to tarnish the hotel's reputation. I appreciate aspects of this hotel, such as its room design, service-minded staff, and location. I do intend to return and stay at this hotel again. I share these concerns in the hope that the hotel becomes aware of these issues and can make improvements.

This is one of the better looking hotels in Bang Khae. However, it’s not a good hotel unfortunately. I stayed in the largest room. Front desk wasn’t very friendly. Room cleaning time was inconsistent. They do not take care of the rooms well. Plenty of smears on the walls and spider webs they could’ve cleaned. Wall outlets were falling out. Security guard was too assertive. Location isn’t good. Not recommended.

There are 2 boys and 1 girl who seem to be the kids of one of the staff playing VERY loudly in the parking lot all afternoon through evening time. It shocks me that the management allows this to happen. Very unprofessional.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
