This is an excellent hotel, knowing that it is a 3 star hotel. Everything about the hotel is great. The rooms were small but, well planned and excellent, very clean. The bathrooms are superbly clean, everything functioned well. The breakfast was good, we bought the option for breakfast. Otherwise, you have to pay for it. There are restaurants that are near by that has better options, we learned that later. The staff are very nice and friendly. They try their best to help, including using a translator.

If you are looking for a hotel that is near Hatchobori stations, this is the one for you. Coming from Tokyo station, you can find access to the elevator of the station to the main street easily so you don't have to carry your luggage by the stairs. the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station. However, there are some stations that require you to walk for around 500-900 m as well (depends on your destinations). There are some cheap and delicious restaurants around the hotel too. The only downside of this hotel is the SMALL size of the room; not even enough to open your luggage because it is that small. However, if you are just looking for a night to stay within close walking distance of the nearest station, this is the hotel for you. They also have coin laundry which is convenient for travelers with dirty laundry. The staff are friendly, but they require training in English considering that the travelers are mainly international ones. They also provide mineral water too (cheaper than convenience store hehehe) so you can buy them here.

The location is a bit difficult to find, However, the staff and cleaness of the hotel is very good. Definitely will recommend. I stored my luggages here before checkin, after I came back at night, the staff already helped to placed my luggages to my room. Even though it is a small gesture, but it is the only hotel that do this in Tokyo (among where I have stayed). Thanks.

Clean, compact. Location 2 mins to Lawsons 4 min to family mart and Dennys. 2 Subway Entrance 3 mins away. Great as a home base.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
