The hotel is located in a convenient travel area with shops and delicious restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and beautiful, providing a sense of security. The amenities are complete, making it feel like home, allowing for a relaxing stay. The staff provides excellent service, responding quickly to any requests or notifications. I am very impressed. Booking in advance offers a good price. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and relatives.

My family and I found bed bugs in our room and have informed the staff one late evening around 11pm. One of my family members also has been bitten by one and is now suffering from the consequences. The staff did not react with any urgency but did give us a new room. We moved everything and by the time we were done it was past midnight. We felt extremely bothered and uncomfortable by the lack of care that we did our own thorough check in the new room. We noticed that there are no bed bug protection covers on the mattresses and are unimpressed by the lack of cleanliness in the rooms as well. There are dust and crumbs of dried food from previous visitors in the crevasses of the rooms. It seems they do only very general cleaning. There's a carpeted spot underneath the bed to place luggage, which doesn't look like it's been vacuumed for years. I have sent two different emails to the hotel about the bed bug incident but have not seen any responses. We've dealt with 3 reception staff throughout our stay and only one appeared to provide decent hospitality service. The other 2 sounded annoyed and short tempered. The 2 stars are given only in fairness that the location is good and they have a gym and acceptable laundry service.

The rooms are ok. There is simple free breakfast of toast and coffee, which is good enough for us. However, the water heater system seems erratic, the warm water stops halfway during the shower for 2 days consecutively. It only return after half an hour leaving us shivering

Big and spacious rooms at reasonable rates. The gym is well equipped, wifi worked well. Breakfast is just toast but that was okay for me. We could get coffee at the restaurant throughout the day.

The hotel is located just around Western Market , you can easily walk to so many places from here. Airport bus A11 is not far from the hotel just in front of the Macao Ferry Terminal . Staff are friendly and polite.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
