        The Worst hotel I have stayed at. Booked a 3 night stay, but had to check out after first night. I wouldn't have stayed the first night if it wasn't so late and my daughter's didn't need a place to sleep. The rooms were absolutely filthy and it looked the the beds had been urinated on. Check the pictures! The rooms / bedding clearly hadn't been cleaned and the sofa bed for my daughter was mouldy! At least the receptionist and housekeeping were helpful, which I appreciated. Edit: It was around 11.30 at night by the time we noticed the mold patch in the sofa bed mattress, so my husband asked for a change of room. He was brought up to 1904, however the sofa bed in that room was also mouldy and the sheets had numerous stains of what looked like bodily fluids (just like room 1704), so this cannot be an isolated incident tied to one room. Since it was so late, there was no real alternative to find a new hotel, especially with two young children. We were forced to pay if we wanted somewhere to sleep that night. Edit: We contacted consumer council to reported the issues and the hotel has been ignoring all the letters up to this point 1/11/2023

        Location is good, dingding just in front and the hotel itself about 5-7min walk from Wan Chai MTR (exit A3). Breakfast (level 5) is complimentary with coffee tea juice and some buns. Gym (level 5) has basic equipment. Laundry room (level 6) has 1 washer 1 dryer, need to buy token from counter. Room service every day. Room look much smaller in person. Especially dislike the toilet which has glass panels for walls. The person in the toilet / shower has to pull a curtain over the glass panels for privacy purposes. They should just paste a frosted film over for comfort sake. Next, staying 3 persons in the room was a tight squeeze. The sofa bed is pulled out and dont really have much space to walk.

        Check in dan check out without hassle, reception is very good. we are lucky to have our request all fulfilled, we have connecting rooms together with our family so our stay area become more spacious. strategic area in wan chai and so many choices to find something to eat or shopping. Also near to the MTR station. very good place to stay...😁

        Clean comfortable room. Central location to a lot of shops. Nearest MTR is Wan Chai station less than 5 mins away. There is a 24/7 cafe that serves coffee and tea.

        My husband n I had stayed in this hotel in March n Sept all together for one n a half month this year. We enjoyed the very clean rooms n friendly n helpful staff. Especially the excellent service provided by Fanny of the sale department n Hannah n Miss Chan of reception. Hayley Li

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
