Alejandra at the front Desk awesome, Maria the manager awesome. All the staff awesome. The Italian Bartender Michael was amazing. The night clerk amazing. They go above and beyond what you expect. The do all the little things that make a trip pain free and make you feel special, giving you the confidence you need to enjoy the city or whatever you have planned for the day. And the Breakfast Buffett was on point. Luisa was super helpful. Perfect location. I will definitely come back. Love the staff and hotel. If you are visiting for work fun this is a gem. Thanks guys, made my trip.

Brekafast service was great! Marya was so friendly and speaks great English. Dario from the kitchen too made us yummy omlet. Thanks to them 😇 The location of the hotel is amazing!! In the most beautiful neighborhood of Salamanca. You can walk around and find all shops and brands cafes and resturants. I liked staying here more than Gran Via as Gran Via has everything and ALL LEVELS so its crowded too much! I would visit yes but wont stay in. We stayed there a few days and one night here. This hotel is good. My room in Ground floor so I was able to hear sounds from the lobby and also outside but then I slept. What was frustrating is I didnt know how to call reception so I had to go there!! Reception number is 100. Enjoy ur Spain visit. 🇪🇸

Had a nice stay here as the staff of the hotel and restaurant were great and the food was amazing. Indiano is the Mexican style restaurant in the bottom level accessible by elevator. The room was neat and modern, but make sure to book the 06 unit as it is the corner overlooking both streets and the largest room. The room service and drink access shuts down 11pm sharp so plan ahead for nights in or plan to head out somewhere else for food service.

Wonderfully attentive staff who know your name (and greeted our dog by name when we arrived!). Great location and nice lounge and lobby. Rooms on the smaller side, but this is Madrid. My only complaint was the linen perfume they sprayed on the bedsheets, which was very strong and chemically and could have been totally omitted for a more neutral stay. We stayed here twice in December and this will be our go-to hotel for all future Madrid visits! Will simply ask for no perfume in the future.

Our stay at Icon Casona was nothing but exceptional. The facilities were modern and stylish, everything was super clean and the staff was very attentive. I also appreciated that even though located on a busy area in Salamanca, the hotel was peaceful and perfect to relax. Breakfast was also very tasty. I strongly recommend it for anyone staying in Madrid.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
