Nice rooms and amazing view from rooftop pool and bar. However customer service is mixed, with some great staff let down by others who don’t seem bothered. Food is overpriced vs local quality restaurants. Loud in rooms as hotel is next to a highway.

Had the pleasure of staying on the 20th floor with Mountain Views! Assisted by Sergio, Benjamin, and Santiago. They were all very professional and I could not have asked for better service. They provided great recommendations for food, bars, and malls. Additionally, the area is surrounded with great food options, numerous malls, and a money exchange. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. Looking forward to my return!

While the hotel and room are decent the service on the roof top bar is horrible. Some of their waiters (especially the men) need some training on customer service skills.

Room service was expensive for the quality and the spa was booked before we had a chance to reserve a spot. The room itself was very nice and the rooftop bar had great food, drinks and service.

Stayed 3 nights, don't know other hotel in Santiago but this was recommended, well designed rooms, comfy bed, however very expensive for Santiago. Rooftop restaurant also recommended

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
