I recently visited the hotel, the rooms are really nice and spacious, the customer service was fantastic, and finding parking was really easy. I fell in love with the facilities. We are @truetanmiami, spray tanning studio and we visited the hotel for a mobile Spray Tan. We really loved it!

First off NONE REFUNDABLE PLACES SHOULD NEVER BE BOOKED PERIOD. Next The place was absolutely disgusting. The couch had stains and it was dirty. The throw pillows on the bed, had nasty stains on them as well. The bathroom shower looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. The best part yet the toilet did not even function. The water pressure was low. You ask Service to fix it and all they said was they checked it and it was working, complained again about it and no one ever came to fix the toilet, the apartment number is 2911. The view outside is beautiful. But the whole apartment needs renovation. Don’t book here and please read the policy, they will not refund you a penny as it was non-refundable no matter how the condition of the place looked. Disgusted with my stay. But lesson learned I hope Airbnb sinks to the ground and hotels skyrocket. Just the service alone from a hotel stomps this garbage Icon hotel. If I can give negative stars I would.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room and hotel itself was really beautiful. The food at the bar was good and I liked the pool area. The only downfall is that I slipped trying to get in the tub and bruised my leg really bad. The tub is waaayyy too high. Other than that everything was good!

This building is close to e v e r y t h i n g . The Location made going to anywhere super convenient. On top of that, this place is super clean, modern & luxe The staff was super friendly & attentive. Whenever you need something, they accommodate asap My room had a gorgeous balcony viewing the city, wash machine, kitchen—it felt very homey They have valet parking & self parking area across the street. Might range from 30-50/day. Not bad at all. It’s so beautiful out so i didn’t mind the walk Only con is that it is a bit of a walk to get to the pool, but that didn’t ruin my experience at all.

Clean, Cozy and Convenient. Located in the center to connect other place easily and there are the river sided-pass by under the residence. Really love their bed, fluffy and leading me to get sleep nicely

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
