Highly recommend this excellent hotel located in the middle of central Ho Chi Minh City. Within walking distance to many local attractions, shopping malls, and restaurants, this little hotel surprisingly has many amenities for an enjoyable stay. The restaurant serves delicious food, and the breakfast buffet is great. Complimentary afternoon tea is a special touch for late afternoon pick-up. The roof-top pool and bar is a cool escape from a busy day of sightseeing. On-site spa offers relaxing massage and spa treatments, which is a must try. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. Great value!

Great location, very reasonably priced, very friendly staff, nice decor. The included brekkie was really good. They also offer complementary afternoon tea, which is another plus. Minus 1 star for the dirty sperm covered chair in our room. Overall would stay again.

These are my comments after staying in this hotel for six nights. 1. Location is excellent. 2. Price is reasonable. 3. Good breakfast. 4. Bell boy service is good. 5. The water pressure in the bathroom needs improvement. 6. Massage is terrible, not worthy to try!

Tonight is my last night and I'm so sad! I've had the best time in Ho Chi Minh City, and ICON Saigon made it the most comfortable and cosy stay. We booked a windowless room, which was clean and lovely. The aspect that really stands out is the service and genuine niceness of the staff. They are happy to help with a smile, and are always at hand if you need something. The only slight downside to this hotel is the gym - although it is kitted out, some of the equipment is faulty. This place seems to always be updating, so I'm sure their equipment will be replaced at some point. I still got a good workout out of the elliptical machine, and there are free weights. The pool is beautiful and love the bar. It was amazing watching the bats and birds and dragonflies overhead at certain times of the day. The location is IDEAL! The Opera House lends its beauty when you walk outside, you're away from the very touristy areas, not too busy, lots of fantastic restaurants within a 2 min walk. I recommend this hotel for your stay in HCMC!

I really like this hotel. I like the layout and small details. There is a relaxing atmospheric music around the whole space which can be also heard in the room. You can turn the volume low or completely off from your hotel room. We didn't use the pool upstairs but it seems quite from our quick visit. The inclusive breakfast was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
