We stayed for 3 nights on a family trip with 4 adults and 1 child. The second floor had a raised railing so children had to be careful, but overall it was cozy, clean, and really nice. I was touched when I came with my child and received a star candy gift. The open-air bath had hot water even though it was winter, so it was nice to relieve fatigue by enjoying the open-air bath every day. You have to walk a bit from the station, but there is a bus stop right nearby, and Gion Street is a short walk away, so it wasn't inconvenient to get around. It was so much better than a hotel and I was proud that my family was satisfied. Next time, I want to visit other accommodations operated here^^

It's located at the back of a narrow alley typical of Kyoto, so the surrounding area has a quiet and calm atmosphere. The interior has been renovated into a wonderful space that cannot be imagined from the outside. It's worth a look. I was using it as a family, and it was spacious so I was able to spend a relaxing time. It is very convenient as it is within walking distance to the Gion area. It seems that there are other facilities in the same series nearby, so I plan to use them next time.

A nice inn built in a Kyoto townhouse where you can feel the warmth of wood. The living room has floor heating, making it a natural space for family gatherings. The bath was an open-air bath made of ceramics, and you could enjoy the atmosphere of the garden. There is a counter kitchen, so you can enjoy an extraordinary experience staying up late while enjoying drinks. It was a hotel I would like to stay at again when I go to Kyoto.
