        The rooms exceeded expectations. Shower pressure, mattress, room temperatures were all perfect. This place is really great value for money. The buffet breakfast was absolutely a 10/10 and worth it. There is a large variety of options in the breakfast and the cakes in particular are delicious! Parking is an extra 10 Euros. Staff and service (both restaurant and concierge) were amazing! The only negative was that the place was a bit hard to get to from the airport and it is a bit far from city centre.

        It was an okay experience, not luxurious, just generally convenient and neat. The staff were friendly and polite, but the facilities and overall experience were like a Premier Inn or Travel Lodge in the UK. Nothing fancy, just generally basic and reasonable service. It's a fair distance from the City Centre, but commutable by a fairly regular bus service.

        We were there before the thanksgiving break on November 17, 2023. Absolutely horrid experience of stolen handbag from inside the restricted breakfast area of this hotel. Staff were so laid back about it and didn’t even bother to help seeing how panicked I was . I know pickpocketing is huge in Italy but I thought the inside of hotel was safe. The toilet lid was broken and the AC which was controlled by hotel wasn’t fixed even after multiple requests. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

        Good value hotel but not ideal if you want to go in/out Milan central easily. 20mins walk to the nearest Metro is easy, until you do it in 30+ degree heat. Rooms were well equipped but tight for a family of 4. All amenities provided. Restaurant was basic, same menu for dinner every day. Service was a bit hit and miss, ever sure if we were supposed to order at the pool bar or wait for someone to come to the table for food and/or drinks in the evening. Unfortunately the man on reception was not at all friendly or welcoming. Completed ignored us upon arrival. Not a good first impression. The next day when asking for help with a taxi, we were made to feel uncomfortable about even daring to ask for help. On the contrary the day we left when there was a different lady on reception, she was more than happy to help us with a taxi to the train station. It was a national holiday during our stay, and while we were aware of this, there was no communication from the hotel to inform guests that everything in the hotel shut down for the day, including the restaurant! Considering there weren’t many places to eat outside the hotel, there were some hungry guests. The information in the room stated that lunch was available during the week but when asked, I was told they didn’t offer lunch 🤷🏻‍♀️ All in all it ticked a box but I wouldn’t stay there again, or recommend it.

        The room condition is extremely poor after paying $180 per night. Smell of smoking is everywhere almost every floor. It is hard to believe that it is a 4 star hotel compared to US standard.
