        Worst hotel ever. Literally!! Mega disgusting, bathroom is super dirty. Breakfast food looks old and cheap. I had two breakfast included and only ate once there. Staff don’t speak English, they speak to you Italian even though you make sure to let them know that you don’t speak Italian, I don’t get it.. Is so ridiculous. Location is bad, taxi will cost you around 20€ to city center, you can also go with the bus but at your luck that you don’t get rob. This was a first and a last. This hotel is not close to what it shows in pictures. Never stay there!!

        Room 603. 1 night. Hotel used to stay before flying back to Australia. don’t know the cost of the room because it was part of tripadeal package October 2023. After reading the reviews of this hotel I was concerned it was going to be a terrible stay, so I really don’t know why there are so many negative reviews about this hotel. I do agree that location was in a not so nice part of town, and I definitely think I wouldn’t go outside after dark. Foyer area is massive and staff were very efficient. Had to pay €7.50 city tax per person per night. The corridors leading to the rooms are very dark and dingy and not sure but couldn’t see any security cameras (could be wrong). Room itself reminded me of the cheaper Ibis Buget hotel chain but room is much bigger. I liked the room. Very modular looking and quite modern. Sheets were white and clean and so was the room. Bed was only a double but comfy. Towels were clean but a thin quality. Had a mini bar and safe. Enough room to move around. Room was hot and even after adjusting ac it didn’t make a difference. Don’t leave the window open because you will get eaten by mozzies. View from window and out the front of motel were of car parks for the multi housing complexes without garages and could see railway line but it wasn’t noisy. Nicely tiled bathroom but there was mould in the shower corners and grout also the hand held shower rose, my only real complaint. Across the road is a Conad store, supermarket, where you can get cheap grog, ready made foods etc love this store. Didn’t have breakfast in the restaurant because had to leave at 5am. They did give us a breakfast bag but it was basically filled with sweet cakes, biscuits, Nutella, dried toast packet, juice, water and an apple. One lady was given cereal and milk but no bowl to eat it, I found this extremely amusing, I think I was delirious because of the hour we had to get up! It was still over 1/2 hour to the airport without any traffic. I believe it was the cheapest option that tripadeal could get. Would never have chosen this motel.

        This is the worst hotel I stayed in while in Italy. The corridors were dimly lit, and my room was terribly maintained. The carpet was filthy, the heater was not working, and the switch was spoiled. Beds were uncomfortable to sleep on too. There were only eggs, ham, and bread for breakfast.

        Stayed for 2 nights. Walkway to room was very dark. We stayed at the last room, it was spooky cause our doorway light was spoilt. Informed the reception to change but they didn't. Breakfast was lousy with very little variety. Room toilet was mouldy. Shower area space constraint, difficult to manuveur around. Room window was spoilt after 2nd night, cannot open at all. The only best thing is that it is near a supermarket.

        The employees are awesome, the only reason it got 3 stars. The location for the Marco Simone Golf course was perfect for us but to see any of the sights around Rome, I'd imagine there are better places to stay. Although there are some shops around that we visited and picked up some groceries.
