Rooms: basic but everything you need, balcony was really lovely. mattresses pretty uncomfortable. water in fridge was nice. service: super! loved the staff here, very good house keeping services. breakfast buffet was always clean and replenished. staff was helpful in directing us to a bus to the port instead of wasting money on a taxi. location is good because the restaurants are a lot cheaper nearby. 40 min walk into Fira was not bad at all. close to bus stops too.

The stay really did reflect the relatively low price vs. other accommodations in the area. Room was clean, however, extremely uncomfortable and old mattresses (springs popping out). Bathroom was one of the tiniest I have experienced. The lack of noise proofing was unbearable. There are 20-odd rooms in this hotel. If you’re staying in rooms 1-8, you will be right above the reception / kitchen area, and woken up at the crack of dawn by the sound of smashing plates that lasts three hours or more. The room itself was also extremely noisy; lots of fan noise, extractor noise, air con ventilation water drop noise. I literally got about two hours of sleep during the stay of a few days. Breakfast was extremely basic (as previous reviews have pointed out, it’s literally just bread and yogurt; there’s not even an apple provided). Some of the chairs in the dining area are wobbly / feel as if the chair legs are going to break. Staff were friendly at least.

Great stay. The host was the best part of my stay - he made me feel very welcome and helped me plan so many things! He also had better rates on things such as ATVs than my friends in other hotels got. I appreciated all the small extras, such as the free waters. Rooms are normal and clean, they’re a good budget option :) I would stay again and recommend!

The owner is so sweet and kind :D He was very accommodating and flexible with our requests. He helped us with directions and even booked our transportation to the ferry port for us. The room and hotel were very clean and having breakfast included was a great addition! The bathroom is very much a European design so when showering the water tended to get on the floor outside the shower. Nothing we couldn’t handle though. Wifi was a little spotty at times but nothing too major. It tended to not last that long. Even with those 2 critiques I’m still giving this hotel 5 stars because of the friendly staff that made our stay amazing! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!

Very good compromise between quality and price. Good location for the buses around Santorini. The owner and staff are really nice. He helped me to find a lost object and send it back to me as a gift Which proves his natural generosity and the quality of the services his hotel offers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
