        My wife and I stayed at Ikastikies for a week in September. The location is centrally located on the island and far enough away from the cruise ship's in Fira, but still within walking distance to get to the shops and bus in Fira. The hospitality was second to none, I would give ten stars if I could. Giorgios and Nicoleta took care of everything for us, no stone was left unturned! The view from the suite is incredible, no need to fight with the crowds at sunset as you have a beautiful view from the suites every night. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, with a variety of eggs, fruit, yogurt, bread, pastries, and sliced deli meats and cheese. The room was neatly cleaned and had everything that you needed. I would highly recommend spending your vacation in Santorini at Ikastakies suites! We can't wait to go back.

        As frequent travelers, it is easy to say that there is no place in the world with more kindhearted, welcoming people than in Ikastikies. The owner Giorgios truly cares about his guests and will personally go the extra mile to make sure your every need it met. In fact, upon mentioning we liked the yogurt served at breakfast, Giorgios showed up the next day with an entire tub for us. The kindness and generosity of Nicoletta and the staff make you feel like you are amongst family and makes it evident that their efforts come from a passion for true hospitality. The hotel itself is impeccable with some of the best views of Firostefani and is located in a great central location. The rooms are pristine and are truly beautiful with Giorgio’s attention to detail being reflected in every aspect of the room. There is by far no better place to stay in Santorini. 5 stars does not do this place justice.

        Absolute amazing stay. We booked the Spilia Cave Suite for 5 nights and every aspect was wonderful. We were greeted by a courteous driver at the airport and upon arrival at the hotel, two members of staff were already waiting for us. Check-in was smooth and we received a call that our rooms was ready earlier than expected. The suite is very spacious and truly resembles a cave in the mountains, while still offering all features and amenities expected from a luxury boutique property. 2 large bedrooms with queen size beds, a large living room with a corner sofa and kitchenette and an even larger outdoor terrace with a private plunge pool. Everything was kept in good shape and spotless in terms of cleanliness. Breakfast was served daily in the suite at our preferred time and offered a good spread of high quality ingredients. Any additional requests were promptly met and remembered for the rest of the stay. After touring the island up and down, we found that this hotel has the perfect location. While being only few meters away from a number of eateries and shops, the rooms offered full privacy. Fira and Imerovigli are only short walks away, while other destinations of the island can be mostly reached within 20 minute drive. Personally, we didn't think there was the need to see the sunset from Oia as we found the sunset from our terrace just as beautiful. The best part of our stay was the personal touch that the owner, George, and his team offered. At every encounter, they made sure that we had everything we needed and all recommendations were spot on. Beyond that, they also helped us with restaurant bookings and car rental services, making it as easy as possible for us. Especially Nikoleta was very helpful with all the questions thrown at her. All in all, I can't recommend this place enough when you are looking for a unique luxury accommodation with impeccable service. Huge thank you to everyone who made our stay special. We'll be back.

        This has been the best hotel of our month long trip all over Southern Europe. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and treated us like loved family members. The room was beyond perfect! The views were impeccable!

        Beautiful boutique hotel in Firostefani with amazing views of the caldera. Close to all major attractions, rooms are unique and clean and above all the staff is amazing. Giorgios, Nicoletta, Nico (I believe was the name of gentleman who maintained the hotel) and there was one more kind woman who with the help of Nico brought our delicious breakfast every morning are all wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night.
