Just a little on the edge of Oia which allowed for quieter setting and still very convenient to all of the shops and restaurant. Beautiful room with a fantastic view of the sunset from our own patio. We had delicious meals at the hotel as well. Friendly and gracious staff.

The service and staff at Ikies made our stay in Santorini amazing! My husband and I stayed in the Shipbuilder Room (12) and enjoyed the beautiful sunset from our balcony. The location is perfect because it is on the edge of Oia so you can view the sunset with the town in view as well. Breakfast on the balcony was such a treat. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Incredibly hardworking staff (graciously carried out bags up 100 stairs), gorgeous views of the caldera, and close proximity to the main thoroughfare of Oía. We stayed at the Alchemist’s House which has sizable balcony, two full bathrooms, a steam room, and a soaking pool. Breakfast each morning was a joy. Treat yourselves and stay at Ikies!

Best views of Oia! There are other hotels with very nice views, but Ikies is at the edge of town and you get the best view of the town itself. Sit on you private terrace and just enjoy! I could have spent my entire vacation right here. Staff was super friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner on our terrace, and both were very nice. I can’t wait to come back and will certainly be booking Ikies again when I do.

Great hotel with the best sunsets view Santorini. The restaurant is good and the food was delicious and fresh. Good to enjoy with your partner and avoid the busy places. The sunsets view was amazing from our room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
