Nice hotel! Great location in city center. Comfortable and clean rooms. If you need something you always have to go to the reception and get it. Slippers and bathrobe were not in the room. Tea and coffee available in the bar area near reception.

Our stay at the Ikonik Parliament was horrible. The first day in Budapest, when we returned to the hotel room, we saw that my gf's travel jewelry box had been opened and a gold medal, a baptism gift, was missing. We immediately went down to talk to the front desk person to tell him that someone had tampered with our luggage and STOLEN one of my jewelry. Although the hotel told us that they were going to start an investigation, in the end they did absolutely nothing. The surprising thing is that they checked the electronic record of room entries, and the morning the medal was stolen, the cleaning staff entered our room up to THREE times. To our surprise, the hotel told us that this was a normal practice. We were spechless. But it doesn't end there. During our stay, we saw that housekeeping staff routinely left guest rooms open without supervision for long periods of time while they were away from cleaning. According to the Hotel, this practice was also normal. The hotel manager, an unpresentable person, did not appear until the last day of our stay in Budapest, three days after the robbery, only to tell us that it was our fault for not using the room safety deposit box and to exempt the hotel from any liability. Anyway, it seems that it was our fault for assuming that we should not worry about theft when staying in a hotel of the “EUROSTARS” chain.

We loved it & recommend it! They went beyond the concept of customer service with their lounge room with free refreshments! The jr suit we got assigned as unrequested upgrade due to a misunderstanding from 3rd party provider, was just superb! very quiet, well located, safe, with large size and great Nespresso machine! We could have used the SPA for free but had no time, perhaps next time!

The hotel with perfect service is absolutely amazing! The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. I highly recommend it! 😊🌟

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
