A decent location on la rambla being center of the action. Very easy to access the Metro and loads of restaurants and bars literally on the doorstep. Rooms cleaned daily, which was perfect. One huge downside.... no tea coffee kettle in the rooms. Literally nothing. I felt this was a massive oversight and something that would actually mean I wouldn't go again to this hotel. The other thing I'd recommend is getting a room on the front of the hotel. I was here for work so it didn't matter, but, my view was literally a bird poo stained wall.

Loved staying in this hotel! Always smelt nice and was clean. Room was very spacious with everything we needed. Only thing that was lacking was the selection of English tv channels but that was not a big deal for us it would have just been the icing on the cake if we wanted to watch tv at night. The view from the room was lovely. Breakfast had a nice selection of sweet and savoury foods. Staff were polite and friendly. We stayed in room 507

The hotel is only staffed with 1 person at the front desk so expect a wait when you check in/check out or if you need anything. Unfortunately, the third floor must be the marijuana headquarters of Barcelona because the entire floor smelled like dope and it just seemed like that was business as usual to the staff. Not a family friendly hotel. The room was extra small but the bed was good. There is no common area lobby, just a check in stand. No idea how this is rated as a 4 star hotel. The location is great but for the price, I'd seriously consider another hotel.

Keep this one as your last resort! This is definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. Our bathroom had mold in it. The hotel facility is very basic. Also, the google photo with swimming pool is fake. This hotel should work to remove it as it is misleading. The only good thing is location and one only staffer Francoise was helping us out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
