        I know the reviews give this 3+ stars but I promise the food is great. We’ve eaten here twice now because we’ve tried so many of the restaurants that have been recommended by places like trip advisor, TikTok and other social media platforms and have so far been disappointed every single time. The service has been great. For those saying the service wasn’t good keep in mind this is a different country with extremely different service standards than America. Americans are meant to take all forms of mistreatments for minimal pay. Italians have adopted the mentality of “fine if you don’t want to eat here don’t” and they don’t take rudeness. The do not have “the customer is always right” mentality. I appreciate that because we are not always right. These people are dealing with thousands of people all over the world with so many different nationalities and language barriers but still manage to get you your food timely, efficiently and so far even if a fake smile a smile none the less. So take a chance and try the food. You might like it even if it isn’t the most “trendiest” social media places to go. Go for the food not for the photos and the likes on social media, your pallet will thank you later.

        Over priced food , steak was nice nothing special, lasagne was very small and was mainly cheese bit weird , all the restaurants in this area seem to be a tourist trap, there are far better places in the side streets

        Best food we have had in Florence. So good we decided to come twice. The service was friendly and the food was amazing. Everything was fresh and homemade. Absolutely Amazing. We were worried our food experience was going to be horrible, but this place definitely changed our mind. Definitely recommend to anyone who visits Florence. Great food, Excellent service and Beautiful view.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
