        I recently stayed at a hotel that had great potential but fell short in a few areas. Located in a prime spot, with a helpful and friendly staff, it had some flaws that affected my overall experience. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It was situated in a bustling area, surrounded by numerous dining options, shopping centers, and local attractions. Being in the heart of the city made it incredibly convenient to explore and enjoy the surroundings. I appreciated the ease of access to various transportation options as well. The staff at this hotel deserves special mention as they were truly top-notch. From the moment I walked in, the receptionists provided a warm welcome and were attentive throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries I had, and their hospitality truly enhanced my stay. The housekeeping staff also did a commendable job of keeping my room clean and tidy. However, one significant drawback of this hotel was the poor soundproofing of the walls. Unfortunately, noise easily traveled from neighboring rooms, corridors, and even the street outside. This lack of sound insulation became particularly problematic during the night, as it disturbed my sleep and made it difficult to relax in the room.         Pros: The room was nice and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good Cons: The hotel ran out of hot water a couple times during our 4 day stay. I wouldn't stay here again because of this. Also....if you *need* an elevator, you will be using what feels like a coffin. Our lean family of 4 with 2 kids were crammed like sardines in the elevator and nothing else and no one else could fit in with us. Took the stairs because it was scary AF

        We stayed here for two nights and had a king room. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable with a couple pillow options. The room was well stocked, from the toiletries in the bathroom to the clothing accessories to the wet bar. Perfect location, yummy breakfast, and helpful staff. Would stay here again for sure!
