So great in so many respects! The location will save you so much time and energy to navigate the most iconic sites of the city. The space is neat and clean and the staff is just awesome - lovely, helpful and genuinely caring people pleasant even to chat with! Thanks for the experience!

A well located location with easy access to the main points of interest. We had problems at the location with the supply of hot water. One afternoon and the next day we had no hot water at the location. After a day of sightseeing you urgently need to take a shower. I understood the technical problem of the location, but when we asked the owner for a favor to let us have the room from 11.00 to 16.00, he asked us for 60 euros. Later he spoke to us badly and inappropriately. He does not have an attitude worthy of a person who works with tourists at all. The toiletries were in short supply and we had to buy new ones. For the month of January, the temperature in the room was not suitable. I was left with a bitter taste from the experience with the owner.

Really helpful staff and well maintained and clean room. The room we had was functional with good WiFi and air-conditioning. Location is central and some really good restaurants nearby. It is a 2 star hotel but we have no complaints. Finding it first time round was a challenge. At right hand side of the door press the bell for Novana go through door, gate and across the courtyard left hand corner. You will see a lift and it is on the first floor. Enjoy

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL Today, March 16th 2022, we just received the cancellation of our room without any kind of explanation from the hotel, with two days to go before our trip to Rome. On reply to his answer, first of all, we did not receive any request. Regarding the Debit Card, it is the same card we have used to book the Airbnb so, explain me how could it have no funds. Second, we have been trying to call you many times, and no answer. As I can see on the reviews, this is not the first time it happens. I've seen on the reviews we're not the only one as there are more people complaining about the same issue. Luckily, we found an AirBnb "in-extremis", notably more expensive.

A very central spot and I found it cheaper than usual on booking.com I recommend you to call the reception before arriving to explain the exact location. They offered us a complimentary breakfast and the room was pretty clean. The only bad thing was that the floors were so cold and they had no slippers. Other than that, everything was fine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
