The point of the city where the rooms are located is very good. The staff is helpful and kind! Thank you Chiara & Eliza ! The room was very clean but a bit small (as I stayed in a single bed room). For a few days let’s say it’s ok . The bathroom was very good also but If someone has a large body type, I don't know if it will fit in the shower cabin)

Such a cute bed and breakfast hard to see from the street but well worth it. The people are so nice from the moment we checked in to the huge breakfast spread. The rooms are small but clean and the ac works great (super important in muggy Rome summers!) Location is central to most things so you can walk almost everywhere except the Vatican which is a short metro ride away. I will stay here again when I return to Rome in a heartbeat!

The staffs are very nice, polite and helpful, they explained everything. We checked in early and left the luggage at the reception, and the staffs brought our luggage to the room while we came back late. The room is clean, comfortable and big enough. We feel secured since there are 4 locks before we reached the room🤣. Lastly the location is really good. Will definitely recommend this place!

We booked a small double room and stayed for 4 nights. The room itself is quite cosy - small but very clean, with comfortable bed and nice towels. We also found the breakfast (cold) not as bad as others described, very basic but good enough - ham, cheese, bread, fresh fruits, coffee etc. Staff are also very friendly and helpful! But the biggest problem for us was the noise. It was extremely noisy and unbelievable! One could literally hear everything (yes everything) that happened outside of the room, worse in the morning during and after breakfast (people eating, talking, walking, moving table & chairs, sounds of the dishes, staff cleaning after breakfast) and at night (snoring and tv). It is because the building is old and the rooms there are very very close to the breakfast area. One room is exactly AT the breakfast room. Ours was "farther away" (2m) already. We needed to use earplugs to have a good rest. Besides that, we couldn't really open the windows because of the cooking and cigarettes smell from outside.. So we probably won't come back again. But if your plan is to leave the hotel in early mornings everyday, and don't mind using earplugs, this hotel is a good deal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
