Good part is the location. It is about as central as you can get. Every main attractions is at walking distance and there are many options for breakfast lunch dinner just at walking distances. The place is kept clean too. Rooms are clean as well, but Size wise not very big also there are two bathrooms outside the room which are on shared Basis. The noise at night from the street woke me up several times during the night. Same with other guests talking or going to the bathroom, sound travels throughout the accommodation easily. Even after closing all the windows it was noisy throughout the night May be this place is located so centrally that you cannot avoid. Breakfast is being served in room from 8-10 Am. Also it got not many options to chose from it’s just okay with morning coffee and croissant. All in all location wise it’s perfect cuz one can easily roam around the central city and market area. Also good for single person or couple. If travelling with family and kids then a big no as it does not have lots of space for kids to move around or accommodate with comfort.

Pleasant stay. Roof fan was good enough but the days we stayed in weren't the summer's hottest. Common bathroom wasn't a problem. It was clean, close and usually available. The stret is very noisy, but closing the windows fixed that issue. I Recommend it for its location, and the kind service

Great location. It is a bit hard to find since its just a door and the place its on a second floor. If you follow Google Maps you will find yourself close to a vending machine place. The B&B is next to it, just ring the door or message them by whatsapp if you have any questions. Some rooms include bathroom and others don't (those have a shared bathroom in the hallway), so do ask in advance about availability. Breakfast is a classic italian one, with bread, coffee, juice and cookies. If you are used to heavier meals, there are stores, restaurants and an excellent food cart nearby. Service is really good too and all the places is clean and cozy.

**AVOID AT ALL COST, VERY RUDE** After reading the reviews, my wife and I decided to go somewhere else. They texted me to find out when I was coming and I told them after reading all the online reviews, I wasn’t. The lack of AC, shared bathrooms, and loud noise wasn’t going to work for me. I wasn’t even mad. My fault for not researching better. I told them to cancel my reservation. They immediately texted me back to go pleasure myself—but not in the nice way. Rhymes with “duck you”. Google won’t let me post the screenshot of them telling me what to go do with myself. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Horrible experience! I give one star because I can’t give zero! The host is the most rude person ever, your check in will be done through a camera and a speaker as if you were in big brother. The room is not like in the pictures, at least not the one we got. There is a 24/7 vending machine downstairs + constructions going on, so expect little to no sleep. I expressed my discomfort and she cancelled my booking once I checked out so I was unable to give a review on booking.com Moral of the story, when you read the reviews they are not entirely there as she cancels the stay after check out so she has a better rating, and keeps your money of course! Don’t waste a minute of your life staying there.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
