If you’re looking for a simple and cozy accommodation in Florence, look no further! Just across the street from the super convenient Tramvia (whose route brings you from the airport directly into the city center), Il Mandorlo is one of the cleanest and most comfortable B&Bs I’ve had the pleasure of staying at. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute delight- she did everything she could to make us feel at home. The rooms are no-frills, but extremely homey and well-kept. And with piazza Santa Maria Novella just 10 minutes away by tram, this place can’t be beat! I’ll definitely be recommending it to all my friends who go to Florence.

We stayed in this property during the Firenze Rocks Festival at the Visarno Arena in Florence. The B&B is located just 20 minutes walk from the Visarno Hippodrome and is located, among other things, in a very strategic position as it is 2 steps from the Gest tramway stop (Buonsignori-Da Vinci), so those arriving at Florence airport you can easily reach the structure after 6 stops. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Claudia, the owner, is a cheerful person and above all very helpful: our plane was delayed and she waited for us until late in the evening; the owner also always gave us all the information on how we needed to move, saving us time and money. In the same street there is a restaurant called Senza Nome and a Bar Caffè Doni where you can eat well. We will return again

Clean room, strategic and well-connected location, 2 steps from the tramway and 3 km from the centre. Very courteous and kind owner, excellent value for money! We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at this B&B! Well-kept, welcoming, in a quiet street equipped with everything (bar, pizzeria, bakery, etc.); the owner has a kindness and friendliness that is rarely found and, last but not least, the transport connections are very convenient. For sure if we return to Florence we will sleep at Mandorlo again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
