Il Palazzo Hotel has the best location in Cairns- you can walk everywhere - Woolies, night markets, lagoon, marina and Cairns central railway station. Margaret was so helpful and ensured we had a great stay in Cairns. The suite was exceptional, very roomy and it had all the mod cons you could ask for. It also had a lovely courtyard and being on the pool deck was a bonus. I would highly recommend the Il Palazzo Hotel for anyone visiting Cairns.

A very nice suite with all you need for your stay in Cairns. Large living room for TV. Kitchen with fridge, microwave and all the dishes you need. Separate bedroom and separate bath for showers or tub bathing, washer and dryer too! Staff was extremely kind and helpful during our stay! The pool is terrific. Right in downtown so you can walk to all the sights. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Cairns!

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s personable. Extremely clean. Close to everything. Value for money. Our one bedroom apartment room was amazing. Big screen tvs both rooms. Spacious All you need. Our apartment was ground floor with patio direct access to pool. They have a roof top deck and it is Tuscan decor. I would definitely recommend this place. They have old style key access. Don’t expect huge resort like Crystalbrook. We loved it. Hidden gem!

Cool, older building in a great location! Rooms need a little Tlc but that wasn't a worry for us. Nice salt water pool Staff are very friendly and helpful. Would recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
