This was a difficult time for our family, Francesco was very respectful, empathetic and compassionate. I highly recommend them for animal cremation, they are very professional.

We wanted to thank Francesco, the owner, from the bottom of our hearts, for his professionalism, sensitivity and for his respect for our pain. "The Perseus" was an enchanted place for us, we felt like we were leading our Camillo to the Rainbow Bridge, a wonderful legend that has given us so much strength these days. Both he, the place, and Diana (a kitten from the estate who kept us company the whole time with purrs and cuddles) alleviated the immense pain we were keeping inside. We will carry this day, albeit painful, forever in our hearts. Thank you so much for everything.

My two dogs lived in symbiosis: from when they shared the same box in the kennel to when, in my house, the older one passed away after a long illness. I took her to Perseus, with the hope of seeing Francesco again as late as possible. The youngest lasted less than 5 months and had to succumb to a very serious illness, certainly aggravated by the lack of her life partner. I couldn't have made a better choice to say goodbye to both my canines; the place is the best you could wish for for such a delicate moment: far from the city, surrounded by nature and greenery. There is only one oven and there are no cold rooms: in this way we are sure that the dignity of our friends is preserved and we are not working on an industrial scale; furthermore, Francesco proves himself to be in every way a very human person and respectful of pain: his hands are the most trustworthy in which to deliver our friends in the moment of final farewell.

The day of July 17, 2023 will remain a very sad date for my wife and me because we accompanied our kitten "Luce" on her last trip. With her sweetness she immediately stole our hearts and we couldn't help but stay with HER until the last moment. We cannot help but sincerely thank the great Francesco of the "IL PERSEO" structure because thanks to his professionalism, goodness, tranquility but, above all, his humanity, my wife and I lived the last moments with "LUCE" in a completely natural way. At the beginning she allowed us to spend a little time with her alone, then she allowed us to accompany her (I personally carried her in my arms) to the facility and allowed me to place her inside. During the entire duration of the cremation operation Francesco made us stop near the plant and, subsequently, he also allowed us to personally witness all the operations of recovering the ashes and placing them inside the wooden urn that he himself created and on which he engraved the name "LUCE". A big hug to Francesco and always be as you are. ❤️❤️❤️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
