The room was maybe not the best. We found a lot of mold especially in the bathroom, see pictures below. The shower cabin was extremely small and when we arrived we found a wet towel in it. I liked the bed. It was comfy. We were unlucky to get the room next to the hallway toilet and we could hear everything from there. There were guests who used it very late in the night which made it a bit uncomfortable. The location was really good though. Despite the location being good if you have any particular health issues I would recommend looking for another place as the mold can be very dangerous.

Clean room, great service. The hotel itself is old but has an elevator and it's a fun one. The location is superb (super close to Vecchio bridge and right across from Pitti palace). There's a parking lot available at about 5 min walking distance. I really enjoyed walking around Firenze from the hotel!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures online. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms are dark and dingy. The location is great and the building itself is beautiful but the rooms are disappointing.

The location is fantastic. Right infront of Il Piti palace, 5 minute walk to the bridge, wonderful gelaterias and restaurants all very close by. If location is your priority, you can stay here but otherwise wouldn’t recommend. Don’t get fooled by the pretty pictures on the site. The reality is different. We booked for 5 nights. The room 304 we stayed for the first night was dingy, no wardrobe, the tinniest room, not enough lighting, window wouldn’t close properly, mouldy. We asked for a change of room and the lady at the reception that evening acted like it was too much to ask for. For about 200 euros a night, I expect a decent room. The bedding, sheets were very old and worn out, pillow covers torn, the hot water kettle didn’t work (they had to replace the plug point). Very poorly maintained hotel. From the 2nd night onwards, we stayed in 302 which was slightly bigger and better and had a wardrobe but the smell wasn’t very pleasant. The bathroom had no ventilation and it was damp. The bathroom fittings were old and needs maintenance. From the second night onwards there was a slim tall lady (sorry didn’t get her name) at the reception who was a delight to deal with. She was kind, professional and a lovely smile greeting you. She helped us with taxi booking. The house keeping ladies were also very nice.

The photo indicates a hotel as if all the rooms were together like a Sheraton or Hilton. Not at all. They are individual rooms scattered amongst tenants. Our room was good sized and clean with private bath but it was very old. The shutters were difficult because they were so old and needed refinishing. We like fresh air and using the shutters is a must. I think the situation is not worth the price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
