I stayed for two nights in the property. Unfortunately my experience did not live up to my expectations. In fact, I was waiting for a better service and location considering the many reviews that seem to describe a "fabulous" structure. Many opinions, in my opinion, do not reflect reality. The very small room, with a terrifying view two meters from other apartments surrounding it and with rubbish fumes coming from the containers on the floors below. The bathroom, although for exclusive use, was outside the room, with a single key for the room and bathroom, which forced me into inconvenience and a lack of privacy. The breakfast was poor, of poor quality, not even with a fresh product (not even a hint of fruit and croissants) and was entirely do-it-yourself (even the coffee). Given the price paid (high) I expected a different standard. The owner who welcomed me was very kind and helpful, ready to accommodate my initial requests, nothing to say... except that I never saw her again...! I would add, in response to the manager of the facility, that my review is the result of an experience that I have had for several years, in which I found myself traveling a lot and staying at (advertised) facilities like yours. I'm not correcting anything, I'm sorry, but rather, I add, that the criticisms made (documentable) should be food for thought and aimed at improving services. It is a spectacular place to stay. The room is spacious, the kitchen - common space - is fully equipped. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. It is a few meters from the modern commercial part and also close to the sassi. Your hosts are charming. They helped us put together the tour, giving us precise directions and answering all our questions. The lady sent us cakes every morning for breakfast, there was also coffee, toast, yogurt, juice, water. We had a health problem with our baby and the hosts assisted us with absolutely everything we needed, and more than we expected. They are a love of people. We feel very supported, we will always be grateful to you. We regret that we only stayed two nights. It would have been nice to have four quiet nights, to be able to walk around and also rest.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
