Clean structure, with one small detail: the room I stayed in with my wife was small with a non-existent window without a wardrobe and the air conditioner not up to its job. We had breakfast in an adjacent bar as the agreed price did not include breakfast on site. Parking nearby but paid at 12 euros per day. I'm sorry but I have to respond to the owner of the B&B. first of all, the undersigned spent the sum of €110 and not €80 as reported by Mrs. As for the air conditioners, I would like to point out that I am not the only one to express these complaints. As far as parking is concerned, it is all too easy to do the calculations as the lady proposed, in reality someone who arrives in Matera and has to check in after 3.00 pm, parking costs €12 until midnight, so someone who stays for one night and has to leave in the afternoon will find himself paying exactly €24.

FANTASTIC ! With my companions, we wanted to stay in 'i Sassi di Matera' in order to be in the very heart of the city. And it was a wonderful experience. This B&B is extremely well located and allows you to visit the city quietly and on foot! And it’s quiet! The young man who helped us before and during the stay and who answered all our questions was extremely kind and very attentive. We were also able to speak with the owner and were sorry - we only spent one night with them and time was limited. The room and bathroom were large with everything needed (including wifi, socket, fridge, welcome bottles of water, etc.). As I was leaving, my lumbago woke up and, very embarrassed, I asked the young man if he could help us take the suitcases down. My request was heard and the owner also helped (I really appreciated the owner/employee solidarity aspect - it is very important to us). I can only recommend this place in Matera and hope to return one day. GRAZIE DI CUORE e spero che ci rivedremo per fare due chiacchere.

A special thanks to the owner, in addition to her kindness, she was always extremely available for all our requests. The structure in the heart of Matera is located in a strategic point to be able to visit the whole city comfortably on foot. The tastefully furnished rooms that lack absolutely nothing, very comfortable bed. If I ever return to Matera, I would definitely know where to stay. Thanks again for everything.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
