My husband and I spent five nights here during our honeymoon and had a fantastic stay. We were upgraded to a slightly larger room which was very spacious for Italy, and were treated to a bottle of wine on our arrival. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful and the location can't be beat. Close to everything but quiet at night. The bar has great cocktails as well. We would gladly stay again!

Best feature is its location. Close to everything. You walk less than 15min to reach most of tourist points/restaurants. Farthest we’d have to walk is to see sunset in Palazzo Michelangelo (30min). Entrance is a narrow strip which initially felt weird for a relatively upscale hotel, but Florence is an old town so can’t find much more real estate space. Room size was decent (not tight), but can’t call it “large” by any means. Breakfast is EUR40 per person so if it’s not included in your stay, then I suggest you just venture out to any of the cute coffee shops to grab a croissant and coffee (for around 10EUR pp). One other benefit of staying here is every night there was some opera singers singing right in front of this hotel (we stayed Dec 2023) - can’t get more Italian than this. Close to many luxury shops (not our thing but in case you like luxury brands). Friendly staff.

Stayed here for our honeymoon, a fantastic experience! The location is terrific- centrally located (we only got in a car one time when we ventured out to villa Corona for an evening) but still felt like an oasis from the crowds. The service was so thoughtful, from a rose and a bottle of wine in our room when we arrived, to very nice turndown service each day. Adamo and the crew at the hotel bar were also amazingly thoughtful, they truly made our time in Florence special.

I’d 100% recommend this hotel for your stay in Florence. We walked everywhere instead of taking cabs so we got to see locations of other hotels and the location of this one was by far the best. The balcony doors in the room that open to the street were our favorite part. The service was incredible. The bellman had really good restaurant suggestions. When we come back to Florence we’ll definitely be staying here again.

The service here was fabulous. Special shout-out to Jude the doorman who was just one of the kindest souls you can meet and was just a pleasure to come back to the hotel each day to his smile and caring. Location is perfect. Easy walk to literally everything. Rooms are small which is not uncommon for the area and ours was missing a shower door which cause some flooding in the bathroom. Would have loved a mini fridge for drinks but all minor things not worth removing a star from this lovely property and its wonderful staff!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
