A 5/5 experience for me and my family. For rooms, it was newly renovated, clean and spacious. Only complain is that the pillows were too soft for us but we asked for extra pillows to (slightly) help with that. Love the initiative that they did not provide single use plastics like toothbrush, combs, shower cap etc., so please remember to bring your own (or you can just buy them at the 7-11 right under the hotel). Service was absolutely amazing, everyone was so willing to help and went above and beyond. We asked the reception for breakfast recommendations nearby and they would search and provide us with some information. Also held the doors for us whenever we got on or off the taxi, helped us manage our luggage when we arrived and left. One of the most helpful staffs and team I've ever encounter. Location is amazing as well, it's nearby anywhere haha Thank you Illume Taipei for giving us a wonderful stay. We had a amazing experience.

Be prepared for a journey of hell. 350pm room not ready and the response was please just go out and walk around. And then after going into the room, no amenities at all. And they said all proceeds will go to good causes, which is great but they required us to go to the lobby to do so to donate. We already showered and there was no way around this. This is a supposedly international upscale property... More like budget.

**THINK BEFORE YOUR BOOK** we stayed here for 4 nights, fully paid before arrive. - Staffs on the front desk were not friendly and asked us to pay again. At the end we got a embarrasse smile after she found out she made the mistake. - Guess the water pressure is not stable - you could rather shower under iced-cold water or you could be a well-done steak in 2 seconds. Not only happened in our room also my parents room. Dont think it's an individual case! - Not a cheap hotel but who can imagine they cant even provide a clean environment, bathroom are all mold/slimy yellowish stain which i am very sure they are removable! Clearly they didnt put any effort on this. - They dont provide any consumables but hairdryer. We did bring our stuff so we were fine but at least please put a little note there to explain the purpose or otherwise i did doubt if they forget the refill our rooms. - The water come in reusable glass bottles, also good for environment, personally really appreciated. At the same time they didnt mention any about sterilize and wrote its "自來水" which cause some doubt. - The good parts: location is nice, next to a shopping mall, attach with a 7-11, just a few minutes walk to metro station and bus stops. The cleaning lady was the nicest staff in the whole building! - This is a well-known hotel in Taipei but really disappoint us. I chose here because i wanted to give our parents some lovely memories, obv. I let them down, thats the saddest part ;( - there are lots of better choices. Not worthy, def. Overpriced with this quality. Very bad experience and not gonna come back again.

Other than the spacious rooms, staff goes above and beyond to help guests at this hotel. I requested for some support at the front desk on booking my train tickets online to Hualien for a day trip. Special shout out to Sharon who patiently assisted me (and even took me to the 7-Eleven store to make payment) to ensure I got my tickets! My 3yo daughter was also getting abit restless while I was managing the booking, and the staff came to engage and coax her as well. Really appreciate the help and awesome service Illume Hotel's staff extended to us for a simple request :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
