        Worst hotel ever. When we arrived late at night, they told us they had booked our room to someone else. The solution was to fit our group of 6 people in two small beds. Next morning, the indemnity for us was an upgrade in the breakfast: being able to order 2 scrambled eggs instead of one. Absolutely unacceptable. And the service, including the manager, were impolite to us. I would absolutely avoid this hotel. Next morning we moved to somewhere else. There are many more better places in Playa

        THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. AVOID AT ALL COST. Our room was nothing like the so called executive sweet that we booked online. The pictures on line are a lie. When asking the guy at the front desk he stated the room online that we showed him does not exist in there hotel. The elevators don’t work. Our room had ZERO Power in any of the electrical outlets. Which is a problem if you are working remotely. Only the lights worked. No tv power, could not charge my phone or laptop. Again we went the gentlemen at the front desk who said he would change our rooms. This is all just the first couple of hours in our stay at this hotel so we decided to check out of the hotel. When checking out the front desk gentleman says that he came to our room 3 times to try to change our room. Which again was another lie because we left our door open, he never showed and never had any intentions on changing our room. This place is loud (due to the bar across the street playing very loud music until 3am)!we would have never got any sleep. Oh and the free breakfast is at another hotel BLOCKS away :) lmao. The niceness from this staff is not real. It was obvious they have done this before. Do not trust these 5 star reviews. These 5 star reviews are just more lies likely hired bots or trolls. Also these updates on here from the staff that they are working hard to improve service are again just more lies. This place is terrible. Save your money and peace of mind. Never ever, ever book this hotel.

        Not a 4 Star hotel. Staff was super friendly. Nothing against the staff. They were honest and tried to help and were working with what they had. Rooms that they gave us smelled bad. Then other room they gave us had mold on ceiling and wall. Property needs massive renovation. No elevator, beds matresses were worn out and stiff and with dirty sheets. Stayed 1 night and had to check out to a different hotel. Would not recommend.

        First night, all ok. Room bigger than most I have seen in the Riviera Maya. The staff is very nice. This is a nice hotel in terms of my expectations. I needed a budget stay, a room with air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, and a view. I did not care about others saying stuff. I chose to take the breakfast. It is offered in another hotel not far. It is a simple breakfast, but it does the trick. This review is after one night, so I reserve the right to change it at the end of my 4 nights stay.

        Rooms do not look anything like the advertisement. Elevator is broken and looks like it has been for some time as the elevator doors have been “decorated “. Your free breakfast consists of black coffee and a cheese quesadilla. Sheets were stained, beds were hard. I agree with another reviewer that mentioned this place is in desperate need of a renovation. It could be a really cool place, right now unfortunately it isn’t.
