This is a EXCEPTIONAL hotel. Right from the welcome the team here were really good. The Spa and outdoor pool facilities are really handy and the rooftop bar has the most amazing views with accompanying live music. The rooms were well maintained and high spec - the only thing that could have been better is some usb charging points but that is ultra picky. I would come back to this hotel to stay again in a heartbeat…

Well equipped large hotel with awesome roof bar in the centre of Makati. Stayed for 2 nights with friends. The staff were accommodating and professional and the hotel clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the glass bottomed swimming pool over the street an ideal place to chill in the afternoon.

Purchased the spacation basic package, which includes a studio room, afternoon tea set and 60-minute massage for 2. While the amenities are great, I still feel that quality is lacking for true value for money. The afternoon tea set is okay, they serve the Gold Leaf tea brand for tea. For the spa, the amenities are truly nice, but for the massage itself, while the staff asks you to fill out a body chart for focus areas, the therapists focused heavily only on the back and shoulders and hardly massaged other areas we hoped the therapists would focus on such as the legs, feet and neck. Almost all staff are professional, courteous, and polite, except for one wait staff at The Common Good Food Playground who received us for our afternoon tea. She yelled at her colleague to look for our reservation, which I thought was unbecoming of a hotelier. She was also at her cellphone with loud sounds while we were waiting. Overall, I felt I should have paid less or opted for another hotel and spa service for the same price. That said, our stay is still satisfactory.

The hotel is in a really good location near to all the bars and stuff. The room was nice and clean and the view was awesome! (our room was at the 19th floor). They have a rooftop bar where the view was even more awesome. It was a nice hotel.

Liked our stay at the I’M Hotel! The rooms are lovely and the service is top notch. The location is very close to many bars and the wild night life. 100% recommend their spa for a massage. The onsen was okay in my opinion. The jacuzzi was dirty and the steam room was broken, so I only got to enjoy the sauna,

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
