        Rooms were immaculate, parking was easy and just upstairs, customer service was very friendly, easy ability book, pay, stay then leave was the best. Perfect place to stay if going to Vector for a concert. Liquor store is across the road and plenty of yummy places to eat at close by. This will definitely be out go to for places to stay when going to a concert.

        I recently stayed at the Imagine Beach Hotel and while the room itself was satisfactory, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the reception staff. Throughout my stay, I encountered an alarming lack of courtesy and professionalism from the receptionists. Not once did I witness a smiling face or a warm greeting from any of them. They seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were dismissive when approached with questions or concerns. The overall attitude projected an unwelcoming atmosphere, which greatly impacted my experience at the hotel. As a guest, I believe it is crucial for the receptionists to be the face of hospitality and provide a welcoming environment. Unfortunately, this was not the case at the Imagine Beach Hotel. The lack of basic courtesy and friendliness left me feeling undervalued as a customer. I hope that the management of the hotel takes note of this feedback and addresses the issue promptly. Improving the quality of service at the reception would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and encourage positive word-of-mouth.

        Stayed here for 2 nights and I really enjoyed it as the room is clean, spacious, well equipped with microwave, eating utensils, bowls + plates including dishwashing liquid, chopping board and knife. I got here in early morning and so grateful that the receptionist allowed early check-in since there's an available room. All of the staff here are friendly, extremely helpful (and shout-out to Kavitha for helping with my request - sorry not sure of the actual spelling of the name). Also love the comfy bed + pillows, felt well-rested throughout my stay and I hope to come back again before flying back home!

        An amazing place to stay. I was up for a work event. The receptionist was super helpful and allowed for an early check-in as a room was available at the time. Rooms are very nice, some refreshments in the fridge would be nice though like bottled water as you wake up with a dry throat as the air is so humid. Other than that, amazing rooms and excellent service. I will be coming back.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
