        Nice rooms with stunning views. Pool and gym facilities very nice. Only problem was the lift, having to wait about 10 minutes every time for the lift. There were only two out of four lifts in operation. Location is very convinient, close to all major attractions, restaurants and shopping centres.

        Recently stayed at Melbourne’s Lighthouse Apartments and was utterly disappointed with the elevator situation. Every day was a struggle with frequent breakdowns leading to long, frustrating waits just to get to my floor. Not only was it an inconvenience, but it also made me late for several important appointments. The lack of timely maintenance and poor management of this issue is unacceptable for a place that charges premium rates. Definitely not returning and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until they sort out their elevator service!

        Avoid at all cost! I booked two x two bedroom apartments based on the photos and reviews. Biggest mistake. Upon arrival the signage was minimal and confusing with a small sign “lighthouse” above two sliding doors. I was looking for “imagine lighthouse”. I could not get inside as the sliding glass doors required a key. I called the hotel number and the rude, unhelpful customer service representative named Kit? Answered and said “just walk inside”. I explained to him that I couldn’t “walk inside” as a key was required. Thankfully someone opened the door and I walked in. Kit was rude and unhelpful. There were bags and flies everywhere?? I felt like it was a university accomodation in a third world country with laundry bags dumped in the hallways by the cleaners which remained in the hallways until the next day. Whilst the rooms are reasonable and the location great, the service and entire hotel is absolutely underwhelming. Avoid at all cost!

        The location is good in city centre. 2 of the lifts was out of the order and was annoying. Bed sheets wasn’t clean enough. It was hard to charge my mobile phone during the watch tv because there is no PowerPoint nearby. Room didn’t have slippers. Water was leaking out of shower screen and made floor wet inside toilet and we were using shoes all the time. We booked for room on the corner for top levels but reception didn’t care and the guy wasn’t friendly. Even there is no water inside the refrigerator. Swimming pool, sauna and gym was good.

        The accommodation is in a great location in the CBD, close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The city attractions are within ~30 mins walking distance but there is a free tram with a stop nearby too. The apartment exceeded expectations. It was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful. Washer/dryer was really useful as we are on a long holiday. We left early for the airport on our last day and had a great view of the hot air balloons from the apartment. There was sometimes a wait of ~2 mins for the lift but no big deal. Would definitely stay here again!

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
