The hostel was incredible value for money. Clean and comfortable, with great policies in place for making sure everyone respects one another. The blackout curtains let no light through. The bunk beds were spacious enough to fit a duffel bag at my feet with room to spare (5’10”). Above everything else was the staff. I had the very stressful experience of losing my wallet on the first day, and Chloe went above and beyond to help me. Her kindness and generosity saved me so much time and stress. Even when my wallet was found and I no longer needed help, Chloe and the rest of the staff always greeted me with a smile and were very helpful. Given the impeccable cleanliness, location, thoughtful policies, and incredibly kindness, this is definitely a 10/10 stay!

Stayed here for 5 nights as an australian solo traveller and I must say this place did the job! Gave me a place to sleep and wash up. On the women only floor, there was only two showers between 18 beds, so it was a little bit of a waiting and guessing game to take your turn. In a strong location however do note that it is an 11 min walk from the Ginza line station and a 3 min walk from Shintomicho Station, so plan accordingly! I will definitely say if you’re someone who needs a thick bed to sleep on this is probably not for you. The beds were like futons but a bit thinner however the beds gave the much privacy needed. The common space was quite useful as it contained a microwave, hot water and cold water at your disposal. The room was extremely clean and well made upon arrival! The only downside is that no one really socialized like the hostels that I was used to!! Great hostel though!

A nice small hostel in a great quiet neighbourhood! The room size (double private room) was quite small (to be expected in Tokyo) so it got stuffy very quickly. The location is within walking distance from many underground stations and Tsukiji market. The laundry was also easy to navigate and staff are ready to answer any questions that come up. Definitely would stay again!

A really good hostel in the ginza area. I was in a 6 person room and everyone there was quiet and respectful so I had great sleep. Curtains ensure the room is completely dark. Beds are a bit small to put all your luggage in your personal space so I had to put mine out in front but it's not that cumbersome. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. The highlight for me was the bar on the 2nd floor. They give you a 100 yen coupon if you order drinks the first time. Many people come to hang out and it great to socialize with other backpackers. There's also a small kitchen with cutlery and plates and a fridge. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and recommend it . For around 30 usd I had a great experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
