        Great location to hyde park but if you are going to a BST event its about 1.5miles away The front desk staff are very friendly The rooms air conditioning and kettle did not work. Kitchen cupboards are tatty and the fridge would not shut The bed was lumpy and very low to the ground Shower was held on with one screw They request a £200 deposit on arrival

        definetly do NOT stay here. the unit looks completely different than the photos. everything is dirty. the water completely shut off on me while i was showering and they do not know how to fix it. they charged me on arrival for a security deposit. when i called the front desk, he did not know what to do and just told me to email the company. i am extremely upset because this was a very expensive stay and it is absolute garbage. don’t waste your time on this place.

        AVOID!! Don't waste your time here. Upon booking, I thought it was pretty much worth my money, it turns out the only two worthinesses are its location and the large room. Our room is on the 4th floor, which means we can use the lift up to the 3rd floor, and we had to carry our bags up the tiny, steep stairs to the 4th floor. The size of the room is quite large; there's a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. On the first night, everything was fine, but on the second night, the electricity was cut out because the keycard wasn't working. The receptionist couldn't help much, and it was me to figure out the idea that changing the keycard might help; it happened again on the 2nd and 3rd night, and I had to walk down four flights of stairs (the lift is very slow), and from house no. 81 to no. 55 in the middle of the night. They had me deposit 200 GBP, which takes a considerable amount from the trip money. The heater isn't working. The floor looks like it's been drowned in water. The windows couldn't correctly shut, so there was wind and noise inside the room. The bed is too thin, which leads to backache in the morning. You can hear it every time someone walks outside the room, even though you are the only room up the side of the building. Avoid! Spend your money somewhere else.

        Avoid !! I was a victim of a SCAM. When we arrive the apartment was dirty, cabinet Doors were broken, shower was broken, there was dust behind the matress, the smoke detectors were covered and there were cigarette butts all Over the balcony. I thought of reporting it but there was so much defects I thought that this was i was getting for the price and just relaxed. In the end, they told me it was me who covered the smoke detectors and charged me 100 pounds for smoking inside. It was, of course, a lie. They covered the smoke detectors just so they could charge me the deposit money. When I confronted the receptionist (Rose), She was very rude and Said She could have charged me 200 pounds . Hope no one falls for this and hope they get closed someday so they cannot do this to other people.

        It was a total SCAM! Pictures look so different that a real room. For that much money, you expect something more. Don't recomend! Everything that other say, it is true! Location is the only good thing about this apartmants.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
