        Owner didn't give one rip about customer service. When we arrived, our reserved room (with jacuzzi bath) was in need of work so we were placed in a noisey room with shower only for first (of 2) nights. When we asked the owner if we could be compenstated for having to repack and move and for the inferior first room, he said "Why? I can book full without you...you are lucky I didn't cancel your reservation." No "I am sorry" even. To be fair, the other 3 hotel workers were very polite and helpful. Would not return due to this owner's attitude. Very rude.

        Great place in a great location. We enjoyed being so close to a major metro station, as it allowed us to get around the city with ease. You have to leave your key at the desk which we did not mind at all as there is 24-hour service. We did want to note that there are several amenities that are listed as available that we did not ever see during our stay, including the minibar, jacuzzi, safety box, or a marble bathroom. This was not important to us so we did not mind, but if they are essential to you maybe consider asking about them. The windows were not soundproof as we could hear noise from the bar outside.

        I'm after visiting the hotel, everything as it was supposed to be, rooms well equipped and clean, comfortable and large bed, air conditioning works, I recommend the jacuzzi, great location next to the colosseum and a few minutes walk to other monuments, metro station nearby and great access from the airport, Plenty of restaurants around and a 24 hour shop right next door. The service is very nice. I highly recommend and will visit again.

        Owner didn't give one rip about customer service.         Do not trust a badly occupied hotel I will go inside your room and look at all your things. It is very bad. I have never seen such a bad thing in the world

        The location was great. Rooms were nice ( the jacuzzi was more of a tub - but still okay!)
