There is NO HOT WATER, shower floor needs to be cleaned with bleach as floors have mildew. Look at the pictures from other reviews -You get one towel per person. -Front desk was friendly. I asked for a quiet room and I could still hear the loud music from outside (I used earplugs to sleep) -If you come to party all night this is the hotel for you. -This is not a hotel for families. -Breakfast Buffet was amazing (separate location)

I had the unfortunate misadventure of staying at this hotel recently. The floor was filthy and oily. Dust everywhere. The "closets" hadn't seen a vacuum cleaner for some time. I've stayed in my fair share of hotels, but I've never encountered anything quite like this. The "family room" was on top of a night club and we could hear everything. NO SLEEP for us that night! After complaining to the front desk, next day I was assigned another family room, with no windows where the smell was too strong for me and my family. We ended up leaving the hotel despite of having booked for 5 nights. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE LISTED AS A FAMILY HOTEL!

My room wasn't clean, there was black hair everywhere and I'm blonde. The lady receptionist was also super unfriendly and totally unhelpful even with the smallest things. The pool area is basically a construction site. 2 stars cause the location is very nice.

This hotel is a scam we had to pay triple to get our room at the last second and our hotel room the roof was broken and there was no hot water and TONS OF MICE AND COCKROACHES in the room!!! PLEASE DO NOT EVER COME TO THIS HOTEL there’s better hotels all around and the hotel room didn’t have a lock either so we were seriously concerned with our security only stayed here cause everything else was booked out when we realized all this

For the price, I absolutely loved it. But I like a room near the noisy clubs since I take a siesta before going out all night. Security sits by the entrance and unlocks the door to let you in, very safe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
