Great location next to the train and ferries. The rooms and shared bathrooms were super clean. Definitely recommend here as a home base for visiting lake Como for a few days. Two cons to think about before booking: 1. The picture when booking showed 2 twin beds that can even be pushed together. However we were given a bunk bed. Also, the walls are pretty thin so you hear everyone coming in and out. The other people were respectful so we didn’t have an issue.

The rooms are very clean and the girl at the reception is very kind and helpful. I loved the place and would definitely return. Only 1 downside: it does not have an elevator, so be sure to have lightweight luggage.

The location is a 15 minute walk from the main station Como S Giovanni, but close to the central bus stand and the ferries. The host is super kind and helpful. He even helped us carry our luggage to the second floor. The second floor has a view of the lake from the window. Amazingly value for money. Strongly recommend for budget travelers.

*****BE CAREFUL MARIO THE OWNER IS A CHEATER HE KICKED US OUT OF THE HOTEL AND NEVER GAVE MY MONEY BACK**** MARIO IF YOU'RE READING THIS: YOU MAY NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT I'LL MAKE SURE THIS REVIEW IS IN EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA AND ITALIAN NEWSPAPER ------------------------- The whole mess kicked off when I booked based on the Rehalt website promising a comfy twin bed. Guess what? I got hit with bulky bunk beds that felt like they were straight out of a bad joke. So, I strolled down to the front desk to sort things out and ask for a different room. The receptionist couldn't care less. She was like, "Yeah, we have a double bed room for you tomorrow, but you gotta cough up more cash." Seriously, a money grab for a mistake that was not ours? We ended up agreeing.. Next day, my boyfriend and I had a chat with Mario, the owner, around 10 AM. We talked about getting into the new room by 2 PM. He specifically mentioned we can enjoy the day and come back at 2pm for the other room. Well, Mario forgot to mention that I needed to clear out my stuff from the other room before the switcheroo. Fast forward to 1 PM, we're back at the hotel, bags packed and ready to roll. I swing by the reception at 2 PM sharp, and there's Mario, standing there like a ticking time bomb. He didn't greet me with a friendly reminder about the room key – oh no. Instead, he went ballistic, **practically yelling about where I'd been and why I hadn't handed over the key yet.** Stunned by his freakout, I asked what was up. And what did I get in response? More yelling, but this time with bonus insults. I wasn't having it. I fired back, defending myself against his wild accusations. Can you believe he actually called me a liar? All this while I was paying extra for another room in the same joint! As things heated up, Mario's inner crazy took over. He straight-up told me to get out of the hotel, right then and there. Yep, you read that right – I was being kicked to the curb over a stupid disagreement that could've been sorted out like adults. Of course at the end the only cheater in MARIO since he still hasn't gave me the money back from the 2 nights left that I couldn't enjoy because HE KICKED US OUT. And yes, I've sent him several emails and NOTHING, HE HUST IGNORES THEM! I've traveled a lot and been in many places, but I've never seen this disrespect and agression from a """"hotel owner""""". If you're cool with bogus beds, a loony owner, and a financial fiasco, then hey, this is your spot. But honestly, you deserve way better than this circus. Keep looking and don't support this kind of persons!!!!!!!

A comfortable and clean hotel in a good location for visitors to Como: very close to Como Lago Station and in walking distance of the main Como station; it's also close to the ticket office for Lake Como ferries. There are a variety of nearby restaurants.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
