Above-and-Beyond Customer Service I have stayed at dozen of hotels over last 20 years, this was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine, we had a wonderful experience stayed here. The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous garden with pool, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms, comfortable bed, and high quality service. Every staff member I encountered were delightful, always has smile on their faces and eager to help, Mohamed and his team went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Mohamed even got me a local SIM card, topped up fees for my phone, he made sure we were been take a very good care of and comfortable during our stay. Specially Jamal, (I think he is on the evenings shifts) one evening we got lost, can’t find our way back to the Raid, we’ve called Jamal and he went out found us, my 10 years old daughter thinks he is a hero! He serviced us dinners by the pool, even when we made very short notice, he still made lovely dinner happened with professional service, we felt very valued and well look after. (Breakfast, lunch are also amazing)! Thank you all! I will recommend to my colleagues, friends, everyone I know - here is your only and best choice to stay when you in Marrakesh!!!

Our stay at Indian Palace was excepcional. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Amazing breakfast by the pool. Dinner was served with an immaculately set table and the food was just incredibly tasty. I recommend this place to everyone planning to visit Marrakech. Shukran to the amazing owner and the staff.

A piece of paradise with beautifully furnished rooms and lovely staff. We stayed for 5 nights and every night was gorgeous. Dinner was served by the pool with an immaculately set table, total eye for detail. Breakfast was served on the balcony in front of our room - silver service!! Staff is very quiet, almost invisible, you never hear them. The lighting of the inside courtyard in the evening was spectacular. I didn't want to be anywhere else to relax. Thank you for a lovely stay! We'll be back.

Amazing place, full of romantic resting spots and a refreshing swimming pool in the middle. Nicely decorated spacious rooms, tasty breakfast on our own terrace. Helpful and very kind and always smiling staff. The only little fault of our perfect stay was poor air-conditioning in our room, otherwise everything was perfect.

Its a Perfect spot to stay with your partner. We stay in the bedroom with terrace, so pretty, we have a wonderfull breakfast and a romántic local dinner. The people that work in the hotel are charming and always helpfull. Beautiful stay !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
