The rooms were very neat, and the customer service was really good and its a good place to say if you want a cheaper option. However, there were problems with the air conditions on all the 3 rooms that we rented and it was rather hot in our rooms, but it was bearable enough during the night. It is near stations 2 and 3, and the main road outside so it is rather a good location. But be wary that the road going inside there is not cemented so it would be a bumpy ride and walk going to the shoreline.

I give 1star because of high charge when my daughter broke the table top glass. They took all the 2000php deposit which is I think excessive charge. I even ask for explanation why they take all that money, but the attendant said that's the owner said. P. S. They have good service but i don't like the idea that they will not give breakdown of cost.

Convenient location. Staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and we love the interior design of it. So refreshing to the eyes. We stayed here as a group. We were delighted with our stay in Indila. We will be back when we return to the island in the future.

We stayed as family of 6 (adults) +1 kid. We booked their family suite which is a comfortable space (not too big, not too small) with a queen size bed, a queen size sofa bed, and a double deck single beds. All cozy and and clean. The bathroom is also large with double sinks, which for a family, is convenient. The full glass wall and door allows naturally light for the room which we like very much. The place is located strategically that the main road and beach are just a few minutes walk away. Just outside the resort is a A&J grill and restaurant which also provides good affordable Filipino food, and you can eat to your hearts' content without bursting your budget. Overall 5stars.

I’ll give this place 5/5 for the value of money. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. Although it’s not a beach front, t’was the perfect place for me and my husband since we were looking for a place with tables for work purposes. Overall there were 3 tables; two inside and one at the veranda. Their internet is also fast so we did not have a problem with connection and signal. Everything is nice! Lastly, I really like the color of the room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
