I would 100% recommend this place! Very clean, great location, has a modern shared kitchen, and a total of only 4 rooms so it's quiet inside. Received great communication from the hosts. Antonina messaged me on Whatsapp to confirm my arrival. It's not obvious which building it is, so I appreciate that she met me there and showed me how to use the keys. She will also help you book tours and get recommendations for attractions and restaurants if you are interested!

The position of this place is just perfect, the room was extremely clean and very nice. The place was very well organised and very welcoming. Antonia who did our check in gave us great suggestions and even booked a boat trip which I personally recommend, cause it’s just wow. Can’t wait to come back

1. Couldn't tell us what time we were able to check in at. Arrived mid morning and had to wait to 11:30 to drop luggage off. 2. No room cleaning. Bins weren't even emptied or towels replaced during a 2 night stay. 3. Being woke up from sleep after 11pm by a telephone call from staff asking if I had locked out other guests and if so, can I get up and let them in. I hadn't locked any door but went to help out , only to be contacted by WhatsApp to let me know it was other guests who'd locked the door and it was all sorted! And they have the absolute cheek to have stickers everywhere asking you to be quiet so as not to disturb other guests!!!

Everything was perfect. Very modern Apartment, enough space, wonderful property in a great location! Room was spacious and clean. I only wish I could have stayed longer, perhaps another time. The hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment! I love it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
