Stayed for 2 nights in Nov 2023. The apartment is very clean. It is a 2-bedroom apartment in Block B, with a kitchenette, living room, bathroom/toilet and even has a washing machine & clothes dryer. The host was very polite, and helpful with suggestions for eating places nearby. The location is fantastic, with an incredible choice of food, shops, banks within walking distance. Security is excellent, with manned security on the ground/1st floor, where you will also find two convenience stores.

▶️Accommodation : TeeUp Home - Infinity Pool Signature (Căn hộ TeeUP Home) ▶️ 230826~230828 (2 nights) ▶️Room: Studio ▶️ Cost paid after receiving discount: 55,654 won + 850,000 vnd (dong) ▶️ Personal evaluation - Similar to one-room officetel - If it is difficult to contact (call) the accommodation owner individually, please contact the building front staff and they will kindly assist you. Thank you very much. - There is no problem with your stay, and instead of Netflix, other Vietnam-specific programs are included on TV. - Swimming pool cleanliness: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. - It is annoying to touch the card key in the elevator and press the floor, but it is quiet and comfortable. - Built-in washing machine inside the room: detergent is also provided - Originally I was only planning to stay for 1 night, but I liked it so much that I paid cash on the day to add another night. - I think there are many hosts, but in my case, the woman who owned the accommodation was very kind: she actively tried to help guests by giving me her KakaoTalk ID and telling me to ask for anything right away. - The view is perfect, and I'm glad there's a freezer compartment in the refrigerator. - There is a grocery store and 711 convenience store on the first floor. - Water pressure: The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak (the water pressure coming from a regular faucet is very good) - The air conditioner kept turning off when coming and going due to the card key, so I made an additional request: I was asked to turn off the air conditioner when I left, but I couldn't turn it off and it was too hot, so I went out in artificial intelligence mode. (Sorry) - Possibility to visit again next time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
